Materials Needed
- Thick cardboard (old Amazon box / cereal box – thicker is better)
- Pencil
- Ruler
- Cutter or scissors
- Glue (Fevicol or hot glue)
- Optional: tape, markers for decoration
Step 1: Cut the Cardboard
Cut a rectangle of 20 cm × 10 cm.
Step 2: Mark Fold Lines
Using a ruler, mark lines at:
- 5 cm
- 12 cm
- 15 cm
This divides the cardboard into four sections as shown below
Step 3: Fold the Cardboard
Fold along the lines to create a Z-shape:
- First fold → inward
- Second fold → outward
- Third fold → inward
This creates a stable base and back support.
Step 4: Create Phone Holder Lip
At the front edge, cut a small strip (1–1.5 cm) and fold it upward.
This lip prevents the phone from slipping.
Step 5: Strengthen the Stand
Let it dry for 5–10 minutes
Apply glue between folds
Add tape at joints if needed
Finally the stand should look something like the below

You can just print the below given PDF and make folds at the right sections for making the stand in just few minutes.
